                The rich tapestry of our nation's history is inextricably intertwined with the valor, sacrifice, and dedication of our military men and women. Their unyielding spirit has not only defended our shores but also spread hope, freedom, and democracy to countless others around the world.

                In an effort to pay a small tribute to this immense debt of gratitude, the Clerk of Courts office is embarking on a mission to prominently display a United States Military Ceremonial Flag Set, to include the State of Georgia Flag, within our office's main foyer – located inside the Putnam County Courthouse. This will serve as a constant and poignant reminder of the sacrifices our service members make, and of the freedoms we, as citizens, enjoy daily because of them. We are reaching out to individuals, businesses, and organizations who understand the profound importance of honoring our military and preserving the memory of their dedication.

• Monetary Donations: Your generous monetary donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards the purchase of the Ceremonial Flag Set. ​

                In return for your support, citizens, community leaders, businesses and organizations who donate will have their names inscribed on a plaque accompanying the display, ensuring all visitors know of the community spirit of which made this tribute possible. Donors who make a donation of $403 or more (the cost of a single flag and stand) will have one of the 8 flags listed by their name (we will reach out to you to inquire of the flag you prefer your name to be listed by).
