Your Clerk, Sheila Perry, would like for you to know that additional years have been added to the Clerks’ Authority real estate records. Check them out at the Georgia Superior Courts Clerks’ Cooperative Authority website. Putnam County deeds are now available from 1910 to the present. That is more than 100 years available online! If you need any deed information prior to 1910 you may still come into our office to find it.
